U of T email account?

Q: 1. What happens to my U of T email account?

A: You may have finished your education here, but you can still share your pride in being affiliated with the University of Toronto with analumni email account. After you graduate, your student email address will change toyour.name@alum.utoronto.ca.

You can continue to access your alumni account with your UTORid and password. Messages sent to your student email account will be forwarded to your alumni account fortwo yearsafter graduation so you have ample time to alert your contacts.

ROSI/ACORN Access

Q: After graduation, how does my access to ROSI / ACORN change?

A: You are still able to access your ROSI / ACORN account as long as you have a valid student number and PIN. Alumni can use ROSI / ACORN to order transcripts and view their academic records. To learn more about ordering transcripts, visit Transcript Services.

U of T Library System Access

Q: Will I still have access to the U of T library system?

A: Yes, alumni can choose from avariety of U of T library cards. Privileges may vary at individual libraries.

Athletic Facilities & Clubs?

Q: Can I still take advantage of U of T’s athletic facilities and clubs?

A: Yes, alumni memberships are offered at U of T athletic facilities. Visit the Alumni we​bsite for details.

A: Yes, awide range of alumni servicesis available. These services include:

  • Career Development Services: Career Centre servicescontinue to be available to you as a recent U of T graduate. Access an extensive database of full-time employment listings, get help with career planning, and learn how to prepare for interviews and create powerful CVs and cover letter.
  • Looking for academic opportunities? Register with theGraduate Dossier Service (GDS). The Graduate Dossier Service is provided for University of Toronto doctoral students to aid their academic job search. The main function of the service is to act as the depository for confidential letters of reference but can also contain transcripts. The service will then forward these documents to institutions offering academic employment as requested by the registrant. If you are an international student, thepost-graduation employment programmay be for you. It is designed to provide you with up to three years of Canadian work experience in your field of study after you graduate from U of T.
  • Insurance: U of T can connect you to reputable companies that offer life, auto, and home insurance.Learn more.
  • Alumni Events: Even after you graduate, you’re still family at U of T, and we’re proud to offer you a year-round lineup of interesting and educational events and activities. Alumni Learning Opportunities

The School of Continuing Studies (SCS) offers more than 500 classroom-based and online courses as well as multi-course certificate programs, many of which lead to professional accreditation.
