I had the opportunity to attend the Archer annual conference in San Diego last week. My top takeaways:Having a clear GRC strategy and aligning stakeholders is crucial to successful implementation of the GRC solution.Create as many use cases as possible (with minimal adjustments) to demonstrate the benefits of having an integrated platform to users, and then adjust and evolve.To speed up and prevent business requirements that are beyond the tool's capabilities, the implementation methodology should use an iterative demo/build approach.#Archer#GRC
