How fantastic... the NBC app told me spectrum was not able to stream live, so I just checked and it had me sign in again and it works. I just missed both of the goals and it’s 1st intermission. #hurt

Just had the WORST customer service experience with @GetSpectrum internet service. Spent 25 minutes just trying to transfer my service to my new apartment while fighting off pushy and rude sales reps. My experience has now induced me to consider a new internet company.

**** man, @GetSpectrum needs to get their sh*t together, cancelled service two months ago AND THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME. They said “We never got your cancellation request” then hung up when I played back the audio recording of my cancellation back in May/June.

That said, with these constraints, one could argue this isn't the microfrontends pattern. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.To me, there's a spectrum here to consider. Full team independence hurts user experience (UX). These constraints slightly reduce developer experience (DX) to help improve UX.

@Ask_Spectrum We literally have had people come out & check equipment & wiring & every time we get should be good. I’ve checked the spectrum outage stuff you guys are literally dropping service In every state you have customers in. If you werent the best option in Raleigh no one would pick you

I don’t recommend @GetSpectrum. If you can get another service provider. Do it. Unfortunately, this is the only that works for our neighborhood. They never want to give people discounts and the internet is not worth it. Because most of the time it doesn’t work or weak signal.

For the past couple of days, the internet has been have issues @Ask_Spectrum , the CSR said that there are signal issues and that a tech is not available until Sunday. The stream that I planned for tomorrow, will most likely not happen either and Sundays will be pushed out..
