@mharvey816 This happens too often with service providers (AT&T, Charter, Spectrum, etc. ). I’ve found relative success asking to speak to “your supervisor” or someone in “retention.” Good luck

@Ask_Spectrum I went to the store and was told for an additional $60 per month I could get the channels I had originally been promised. Perhaps I should contact the Missouri Attorney General's office in the morning with my complaint.

@infamousmd1 @Ask_Spectrum Too far from the junction box and that they can’t do anything about it, and if I bought a router it would help. It has not helped, I just wish I could go back to the router/box combo because that worked better than the replacement or the router I purchased

I don’t recommend @GetSpectrum. If you can get another service provider. Do it. Unfortunately, this is the only that works for our neighborhood. They never want to give people discounts and the internet is not worth it. Because most of the time it doesn’t work or weak signal.

For the past couple of days, the internet has been have issues @Ask_Spectrum , the CSR said that there are signal issues and that a tech is not available until Sunday. The stream that I planned for tomorrow, will most likely not happen either and Sundays will be pushed out..
